VortexHaus USReviews of vortexhaus.com

Vortex Haus has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced from any other company that I have dealt with. I unfortunately received a faulty item and so I contacted Marielle in customer service, I explained what the problem was and she asked me if I could send a short video showing the problem, which I immediately did. Within a few minutes I received another email telling me how sorry they were and that they would send a replacement immediately. The very next day I received the tracking number for the replacement. This response is absolutely outstanding, the process was hassle free. I would most certainly deal with Vortex Haus again knowing full well that I will be dealing with people who genuinely care for their customers. Thank you so much Marielle and Arthur.

Very long story short: the product is on a totally different level compared to cheap knock offs, in-depth: insane power, superB quality, versatility in case of batteries and usage, plus after sales support is top notch, if needed. I had no high expectations about the Turbo Jet, but the performance has literally blown me away. For me, it is an absolute game changer in my car care routine and I absolutely recommend to give this a shot. I can finally say good bye to the water stains under the mirrors, etc. caused by the leftover waters in them crevices, too. Yes, it is much steeper, than cheap knock offs, but you get what you pay for.

Very impressed with this product. Very powerful & fully compatible with my existing DeWalt rechargeable batteries (power drill). Just remember to order the right version of the blower if you want to use batteries you already have. It’s great on the car & I’m using it to dry the house windows after I’ve washed them. No streaks 👌🏻

I’m thoroughly impressed with how powerful the product is. The double jet blower is very cool and does what they say it will do. My wife and my nine year-old son both love using it and so I have to fight to get my own chance to use it as well.

Product as described, neat and compact. My own battery slipped straight in. Very powrful and used for drying the car. A++

This is wonderful product. It help me to blow of the water after a car wash. You don't have to worry about scratches by the rugs. I have great experience with Vortex Haus team. The product was delivered in 3 parcels, i was not aware of that. Vortex Haux provided support throughout the entire duration of my wait. The founder and customer support kept me updated daily, this is rare nowadays. I will recommend anyone that require a good blower to consider getting it from Vortex Haus. They are a great company that cares.

Amazing product and 100% reliable company.
