I broke the blades on my blower, totally my fault. The team at vortex were right back to me and replaced the blades for free without even hesitation, service was amazing and couldn’t be happier. The blower itself is an amazing tool for its size. Thanks

I am very happy with the product this thing is the real deal. I have had other turbo blasters and they do not work half as well as this one. I accidentally broke mine and the company is helping me repair it. Very grateful for the company and their product. 5 stars all the way!

My experience with Vortex Haus has been quite good. I had some concerns during shipping, contacted support and their team was quick to respond to my enquiries. I was pleasantly surprised actually at how fast they were. The items took some time to come but nothing I wasn't expecting. I have used the blower and it's extremely strong with the 20v battery.
