Vortex Haus has truly gone above and beyond to complete my order, had a small issue in the beginning and they were diligent on making sure my item arived on time. (before christmas) There customer service is one of the best I have ever worked with, Marielle is a true example of how customer service is done right. The Turbo Jet Double-Blow v12 blower is awesome works better then expected, I purchased it to blow off cars when needed, but with the air power this unit throws it works great cleaning the yard also. I am extremely satisfied with the over all experance with Vortex Haus and would highly recomend this product.

There was a hiccup with the shipping of the blower I ordered. The communication from Diane regarding the misstep was outstanding, and my blower arrived just a few days behind schedule in great condition.
