VortexHaus USYou're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.

Diane was quick and really wanted to get the information she needed in order to help. I appreciate callbacks that come quickly, and she really came through.

Hey Robert, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Quick callbacks matter, especially when you need real answers, not runarounds. That's Diane's superpower: she finds what she needs and gets back to you fast. Appreciate you taking a moment to share this, Arthur

My experience with VortexHaus was great. I had an issue with my shipping address and Dianne was quick to get back to me and help me remedy the issue. The founder Aurthur checked in too. Not to mention these blower guns are awesome. They are stronger than my e- backpack blower.

Hey there, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Stronger than your e-backpack blower. That's a serious compliment coming from a professional outfit like yours. That's the kind of real-world comparison that helps other buyers understand what this tool actually delivers. Glad Diane got the address issue sorted fast, and yes — I always try to check in personally when I can. That's just how we run things here. Appreciate you, Arthur

I was pleased with the patience and support in resolving my concern. Barring any unforeseen circumstance I feel that the blowers live up to the hype. The fault was with my batteries and chargers which operated quite fine with my tools but underperformed with the blowers. Perhaps my experience might help others in the future. Thanks for your assistance.

Hey Joe, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Really appreciate you sharing this, especially the detail about your batteries and chargers working fine with other tools but underperforming with the blower. That's genuinely helpful context for future customers. Battery performance matters, and not all batteries deliver the same output even within the same platform. Your experience could save someone else a lot of frustration. Glad the team was patient and helped you work through it, Arthur

Received the blower and grabbed a Makita battery…snapped right in. The velocity is surprisingly strong! Timing was great since we had a storm imminent. I needed to clean the gutters and usually use a leaf blower which means long, tangling cords and a cumbersome blower. The Vortex Hause made quick work moving big piles of leaves and debris out of several places they accumulate. Gutters…also fast and easy! I like my truck bed clean and tidy…this blower is perfect for that! Cleaned in seconds! I’m positive that I’ll find many uses for this tool. Easily…five stars!

Hey Ramon, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Gutters, leaves, truck bed — cleaned in seconds. You just ran through three jobs that would've taken way longer with a traditional blower! And the Makita battery snapping right in? That seamless compatibility is by design. No adapters, no nonsense. Glad the timing worked out before the storm, too. That's a tool earning its keep on day one. Appreciate you sharing this, Arthur

Ordered easily. Communication was good from order with automated updates. Received the battery and then reached out stating I didn’t receive the main body. Like lightning in a good way the response was super quick and helpful. I was to receive that separately and will be today. Surely enough I received it that day with a follow up unprompted to make sure I did. The kit is really powerful and I was surprised by its power. Not used it yet as weather is awful in the UK ! Initial thoughts. Looks good. Powerful and customer service is awesome.

Hey Martin, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I love that you mentioned the unprompted follow-up — that's something we do deliberately. We don't just solve the issue and disappear. We check back to make sure it's actually resolved. The battery and body shipping separately catches some people off guard, but the team got you sorted quickly. And once the UK weather cooperates, I think you're going to be impressed when you put it to real use! Thanks for the detailed breakdown, Arthur
