VortexHaus USYou're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.
VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Murtaza, appreciate you taking the time to say that. We’re trying to build a rare combo in this space: a tool that actually does what it promises and a team that actually answers. Glad that came through for you. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Great Customer Service I had a problem with the blower motor and they shipped out a rep l cement right away...
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Kenny, thanks for giving us a shot even after the motor issue. Any product can fail; how the company behaves after that is the real test. I’m glad the team got your replacement out quickly and kept it stress‑free. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)
Max Z.
I had an issue with the blower breaking and it was replaced straight away , the performance of the device is fantastic and the correspondance and communication of this company is a1 . Their product is quality and more powerful and effective than all the others I’ve tried .
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Max, this is exactly the bar we hold ourselves to: if something breaks, we fix it fast, and when it works, it should outperform the junk you’ve tried before. Appreciate you noticing both sides of that. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)
Robert
I had a wonderful experience with this company -I purchased one of their Vortex Turbo Jet Double Blow V2 units and loved it - somehow one of the inner blades broke and I contacted them. They sent me a replacement inner motor assembly to replace but I had extreme difficulty making the switch as it involved soldering the new connections and however i did it, the motor ran in reverse. I communicated with Diane who was incredible and in the end they sent me a brans new replacement unit -Excellent communication, response and very helpful The product is very good but the aftercare customer service is amazing
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Robert, thanks for hanging with us through that whole story. Swapping internals and soldering is more work than any customer should have to do, which is why I’m glad we just got a full replacement in your hands. Product + aftercare together is the only way this works long term. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)
RestorFX R.
Really powerful tool and it gets the job done!
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Love hearing that from pros. When a detailing shop just says “it works” and keeps using it, that means more to me than any ad script we could write. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

“Marielle was quick and helpful. Thanks!”
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Doug, Marielle will be pumped to see this. Quick, clear answers with no runaround is the standard we’re trying to build the whole company around. Thanks for calling it out. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

A real live person gave me direct helpful instructions the led to the solution of my issues.
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
T.J., this means a lot. “Real live person with real instructions” is exactly what most companies have killed off to save money. We’re deliberately going the other way. Appreciate you noticing. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)
Angus D.
Angus D. It is great! Plugged it into my DeWalt Battery, it and turned it on, and sucked my shirt into the back of the blower, learning curve. This little powerhouse blew out the garage in a matter of minutes; it is as clean as it has ever been since we moved it 30 years ago. It IS expensive, you'll get over that in a New York minute when you start using this little gem. I am looking forward to drying the cars with it. When Minnesota gets warmer. That's why I bought it in the first place.
Response from VortexHaus USMar 16, 2026
Angus, this is one of my favorite reviews. Sucking your shirt into the intake is the most “this thing is no joke” way to find out it works. Yes, it’s not cheap – but if it’s cleaning a 30‑year‑old garage in minutes and drying cars in Minnesota, it should more than earn its keep! Thanks for trusting a small brand. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)
