Vortexhaus is the one & only…..
Vortexhaus’ handheld blower is the tool you never knew you needed. It is the real deal. It’s portable enough to take it anywhere! Small enough to get into the tightest spots. Strong enough to blow a yard full of leaves, perfect for detailing a car in and out or just about anything you need to blow. Because of its portability it save me so much time compared to the old bulky blower I was using. I purchased the 5Ah 18v Makita battery compatible model. It gives me all the reserve power I need. As for the company Vortexhaus? Their quality of service puts even the most well known of manufacturers to shame. They are totally accessible, I had a minor issue and they took care of me like I was a VIP. I’ve been in sales for over 40 years and let me tell you I am and will be a customer for life! Highly recommend.

This whole review made my day. The picture of one small Makita‑powered blower replacing your bulky unit and saving real time across leaves, cars, and tight spots is exactly what we were aiming for. And coming from someone with 40+ years in sales, the “customer for life” line means a lot. Thank you for giving us a shot and then sticking with us. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

It's as easy to use as a spray bottle
It's as easy to use as a spray bottle, just point and pull the trigger. But with this you can get into tight spaces! This little thing surprized me. I have a large electric blower and this little blower had every bit as much power as the giant one. The only difference was with the Vortex Haus blower, I could climb my attic stairs and blow off everything I have stored in the attic and my attic looks new again. I've never attempted that with the big blower. This was just too easy. Love it!

Daniel, I love that you took it into the attic and made everything look new again. Same power as your giant blower in a package you actually feel comfortable carrying up stairs – that’s the trade‑off we designed for. Appreciate you putting it through its paces. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

What makes a company worth buying from…
What makes a company worth buying from is their customer service. This is my second review and want to share a recent experience I had. One of my Turbo DeWalt blowers had an electrical issue and stopped functioning. I notified Vortex, sent them a few pictures and explained what happened. The next email I get is from them providing me with a tracking number for a replacement blower. This is worth its weight in gold. Great product and overwhelming customer service.

Curt, this is exactly how I want our warranty process to feel: something breaks, you explain it once, next email you see is a tracking number. “Worth its weight in gold” is a big compliment – thank you for saying it so plainly. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Great customer service
I had a device that failed after a few months. It would always get really hot. Then one day it seized up. I contacted Vortex Haus and they asked for pictures and a video. Once I sent that they decided to send me a brand new device. The new device has worked perfectly. Their customer service is great!

Chris, units that run hot and then seize up are on us, and I’m glad the team moved straight from photos and video to a fresh device. Happy to hear the new one is working the way it should. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

I had an issue with one of my Vortex Haus blowers, and I emailed customer service. I received a quick response and a replacement order sent and received in a very timely manner. That’s how you do business with customers and how you keep your customers! Thank you!
