The product itself is great to use and we have found many more applications than drying the car, for which it was originally purchased. Unfortunately the original blower failed after quite a short time which was disappointing to say the least. However, Diane and the customer service team resolved the situation by rapidly despatching a replacement item under warranty. So let us hope this one proves more durable.

Customer service was excellent. Had issues with the first 2 air blowers pretty much right out of the box. The issues were handled easily with 2 new air blowers. Shipping time for the original 2 air blowers and the 2 replacement air blowers seemed to be a bit long. The 2 replacement blowers have been fine for 2 months use now.

I had an issue with the Turbo jet, contacted the manufacturer & they initially told me that the warranty was expired When I explained my problem they said that they would honor a replacement unit I am satisfied that they are a good company

I love the turbo jet. I use it for jobs all around the house and yard. I had an issue with the first one but a replacement was sent out. The replacement did take longer than it should have in my opinion. I use it for jobs that don’t require my large backpack blower. I am using the Dewalt battery that came with the unit and it usually lasts for about a half hour or so of use.

I use the blower to remove water and snow. It work well for awhile and then I failed. I contacted customer service and they replaced the unit with no questions. The unit works well for removing water but it gets hot and eats batteries.

I purchased 4 units so my employees can blow the dust of their vehicles after being towed in very dusty conditions. 3 of the units work great. One unit had an electrical malfunction and ruined the Dewalt battery that was powering it. The folks at VortexHaus took great care of the problem and sent out another unit right away. These are powerful little units and other than the one failure, they have worked great.

Marielle and Diane were quick and helpful. I do have an issue, the Milwaukee M18 battery does not slide on. I had to buy Dewalt battery pack which does work. So far it works fine. I am unable to attach the photo, so I will send in email.

Well it didn’t start out great but as the process continued I was amazed at the honesty and quick response times from the vortexhaus team!! There customer service representatives are second to none!! I haven’t received service like that for 30 years !!
