We ordered a critical AC part from Voomi with same-day shipping and were promised delivery by June 12. While a UPS label was generated, UPS confirms they never received the package. It is now June 13, and our AC system remains down during an extreme Arizona heatwave. We've contacted Voomi multiple times and clearly stated the urgency — this is not a minor inconvenience, it’s a health risk. Yet, there has been no movement on the shipment, no tracking updates, and no attempt to resolve the issue with urgency. Contact Jay seems to only be capable of excuses with no explanations. We either need the item delivered by tomorrow with a refund of the shipping charge or a full order refund so we can find a dependable vendor. This level of service is unacceptable from a company that advertises next day fulfillment. Avoid if you need timely shipping or customer support that responds to serious issues.
Response from voomisupply.comJun 13, 2025
Hi Tyler. We’re very sorry for the delay and understand how critical this order was, especially given the extreme weather conditions. While a label was created promptly, we recognize that the shipment did not progress as expected, and that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We have refunded the difference in shipping and are here to help make things right. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected] so I can personally assist with any remaining concerns. —Tricia at Voomi Supply

I was able to locate the product needed for replacement of failed part after several failed efforts. Further, after speaking to a customer service representative and providing model information, she forwarded it to "technical support" and I received Email confirmation that the unit was compatible with my unit from VOOMI customer support the same day. The staff was very receptive and supportive in efforts to get the job done. I am confident in my repair based on their input. I'm ordering the assembly. ;)

This company is the epitome of incompetence. After placing an order I called daily to ask why it hasn't been shipped. For 7 days, no one could answer this. On the 8th day they finally figured out they were out of stock. Unbelievable! And in the meantime they had the gall to bill my CC. The people were nice but the company is horrible.

Hi Bruce. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and completely understand your frustration. While there was an unexpected stock issue that caused a delay, we’re glad to hear our team remained helpful and professional throughout your experience.
