I ordered a condenser fan motor and the motor was purchased from voomie supply that said the motor was in stock and purchase was completed on Wednesday at 530 pm approx. I paid for next day overnight shipping and understood that it was ordered after 11am on Wednesday so it would be shipped on Thursday and arrive by Friday but they didn’t ship till Friday with no Saturday delivery. I was ripped off by this company that didn’t keep its promise that was in writing. I still haven’t received this order. If you need your parts in a hurry then this is not the company to deal with they dropped the ball and have not honored their promises

Buyer Beware – Misleading Product Descriptions and Poor Customer Support I ordered a product directly from this company’s website, thinking I was getting exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the item I received didn’t match the description. When I contacted customer service, they admitted the listing was incorrect—but still refused to fix the issue. What I didn’t realize is that this company is just a catalog; they don’t actually sell or stock the products themselves. Now I’m stuck dealing with a frustrating return process for the wrong parts. Even worse, I had called before placing the order to confirm the details, and still ended up with the wrong item. Save yourself the hassle—double-check everything and be cautious when ordering from this site.
