bad customer service i needed a…
bad customer service i needed a part badly and did pay their outrageus shipping charge because of my need for it. then they cancelled the part I needed and refused to reduce the shipping charge! SupplyHouse would have shipped all of this for free since I spent 400 dollars. Never again will I use this company and their staff know nothing about HVAC parts.

Poor packaging
We ordered two fan motors through Voomi. I fan motor arrived and there was some damage to the package but we know that the fan motor is encased in foam and didn't think to check the motor itself. We were miles from our shop and found that the wires going into the fan motor were not only damaged, but completely broke off. Having no choice but to get them going we repaired the wires and installed the fan motor, which was no easy task. We reached out to see if we could get a credit. They wanted us to return it. The next fan motor that came in from them was the same way. We contacted them and sent photos of the motor to get a return sent. They email us back and want all this additional info. It was not worth it. Hopefully they package their motors better, but we will never know. Done with this supplier
