The ease and the info when I called in

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Voomi. I purchased an AprilAire thermostat from them and paid a local professional contractor to have it installed. Unfortunately, the unit completely failed. When I reached out to Voomi to resolve the issue, they completely refused to accept a return or issue a refund for this defective product. Their return department is agonizingly slow, completely lacks communication, and is entirely unhelpful. They have shown zero customer focus or willingness to stand behind the items they sell. Save yourself the headache and the money—do not buy from Voomi. If your item arrives broken or fails shortly after, they will leave you out to dry.
