The experience in finding this product was great.

Great price and quick delivery on the same products I have to drive to get.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my refrigerator and immediately contacted the company by both phone and email to cancel the order. I was assured that the order would be canceled, but it still arrived the very next day. After it was delivered, I contacted the company again and was told by an online agent that a prepaid return shipping label would be emailed to me. That email never arrived, despite my repeated attempts to follow up. Because the company never responded to my emails or honored its promise, I had to pay $40 out of my own pocket to return the item. The lack of communication and poor customer service throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. As of July 20, 2026, there has been no refund to my bank account or email communication from this company.
