Update: I never received an email or response from this company after multiple attempts. They then respond to this rating 2 months later. They are not customer oriented and do not have a google business page for a reason. They can't fake those reviews. Still stay away as there are tons of other similiar reviews. Scam company. I ordered a breaker and they sent me the wrong one not even close to what I ordered. The number to them is always busy and if you request a return online it is email only. 3 days later had an email stating they would look into it. Now crickets. Look like I lost over $100. Stay away!

I bought a Hayward sand filter lateral assembly and decided to return it based on my pool technician advice and buy a complete sand filter unit. I returned it and Voomi Supply credited $72.20 out of $117.31, which is a 38.5% loss. They claimed that they had to charge a restocking fee. I bought it in good faith, and I will never ever buy from Voomi Supply again. Amazon provides purchase confidence by offering free returns no matter what.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They are high priced as I came to find out and Customer Service does NOT exist. I ordered a $600 water recirculating pump for my a/c unit from Voomi Supply through Amazon. Being a simple installation (and having previously installed two of these exact pumps), I immediately installed the pump upon its (late) arrival in the Las Vegas 115 degree heat. To my dismay, the pump did not work. I called Voomi to see if they had any technical assistance personnel who might know the reason. Evidently that's not a service they provide. Instead, I was sent an email to describe the issue and to provide photos which I promptly did. Since time was of the essence because of the extreme heat and the fact that Voomi Customer Service (if they even exist) NEVER answers the phone or returns calls, I had to find an alternative supplier. Fortunately a local supplier who doesn't carry the pump in stock suggested I contact SupplyHouse.com which I did. SupplyHouse exhibited 5 star service - they delivered the part in TWO DAYS and it worked perfectly. AND THIS SAME PART WAS $150 CHEAPER THAN VOOMI!!! Meanwhile, VOOMI to their credit emailed me a return shipment form and said I would receive a refund when they received the part. But upon receipt of the defective part, they only refunded 1/2 of my purchase cost because the "part was used". A common sense person would understand that you don't know a part isn't working until it is installed. It never worked - it wasn't used! A good company stands behind their product, apologizes, and tries to immediately remedy the situation. Not VOOMI - they were evidently going to get a new warranty part from the manufacturer and pocket $300 at my expense I've already mentioned the excellent service by SupplyHouse in quickly delivering the same part, but a Company that deserves recognition for their Customer Service is Amazon. When VOOMI ignore my follow-up calls and emails, I contacted Amazon about the situation and they IMMEDIATELY refunded my remaining $300 under their A-Z warranty promise. Hopefully, they dropped VOOMI as a legit supplier or at a minimum got reimbursement from VOOMI. As added info, another HUGE Customer Service deficiency occurred when I called the main number at VOOMI and said I wanted to speak to the manager/supervisor of the Customer Service rep who NEVER answered any calls and quit responding to emails. I was told the supervisor was not available but they would return my call. I never received a call... So glad I don't have to deal with VOOMI again and you shouldn't either. Thanks to SupplyHouse and Amazon! They understand Customer Service. Also, people reading this review and others on Trustpilot should note the huge number of favorable reviews on VOOMI's site. I couldn't even figure out how to post one there. I certainly have questions about their authenticity, but you can be the judge of that.

I'm used to buying parts online, bought an AC condenser fan motor, never opened the box because I ended up needing a whole new condenser sadly. Called Voomi got a RA number sent back the UNOPENED packaged, 30+ days later no refund I called they said they didn't know if they got the part or not. Two days later I get an email with pictures of a whirlpool tub motor saying the product I sent back is used and I can't get a refund. I called CS they said they'll get in touch and nothing, no emails, no phone calls, no communication. At this point I'll take the $300 dollars loss but BUY local or through Amazon. At least Amazon and local stores stand by the products they sell and they don't scam people with BS photos of unrelated items claiming they can't refund you.

Ordered a HVAC drain pan from the scammers which their website said was in stock and will ship same day if ordered by 12 noon. However after 4 days I received an email stating that the order was cancelled as per my request, called customer service and was told it was a warehouse fulfillment error, and that item is back in stock and I should reorder which I did. However, I received and email about 3 hours later stating that my order was cancelled as per my request. This is clearly a SHADY/SCAM company that needs to be investigated for scamming. Do NOT buy from these liars and scammers.

I ordered a compressor that I needed specifically they had it supposedly I paid for second day air they created a FedEx tracking number upon me a checking with FedEx FedEx basically said they created the number but the product was never picked up by FedEx because it was never there to begin with I paid them over $500 for this compressor I've contacted them multiple times and they have said well the team is going to take a look at it then they said they were going to refund my money and then they said they weren't going to refund my money because the item had already left their warehouse and was sent I immediately went back to the tracking number that they provided me and it still says that it has not been picked up yet they clearly are scammers and liars and cheat people out of hard-earned money.

I ordered a product(order VS75374), which is listed as a case of 20 units and they sent me one unit, they say it is an error, they must respond for what they listed

Before placing an order I called to verify the hp on the compressor that I needed. They stated that it was 3/4hp compressor exactly that I needed. They shipped quick it and arrived very fast. Upon inspection the compressor I received was 1hp, which in turn was smaller and wont fit. Called Voomi, they accepted the item back but I had to pay return shipping as well as original shipping. They add 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Scammers, from where in the world they get 4.8 star reviews
