Hi Shaun, We want to clarify the situation for transparency, as this is the third review posted about the same issue and the facts are important for anyone reading. • Your domain renewal was not paid, which automatically causes the domain registrar to suspend the domain. This is a standard industry process and is outside of our control. • Despite this, we continued hosting your website free of charge for more than a year, even though the domain itself was inactive. • Our team contacted you multiple times to explain the renewal process and how to restore the domain. • As an additional gesture of goodwill, we offered to provide a replacement domain at no cost, but this offer was declined. Voolt uses accredited domain registrar infrastructure (Wild West Domains / GoDaddy reseller network), which is a common and legitimate system used by thousands of companies worldwide.
