It is so difficult to get a call back…
It is so difficult to get a call back from voltage coffee company. On average for me it usually took 2 days to get a follow up call after leaving 3 to 4 voicemails and email messages. They never provide direct on how the installation was going to happen. So you have a shipping crate sitting on your sales floor for several days waiting to see if any one is going to appear and complete the install. No one comes or calls back with a plan or explanation on who's going to install the machine. So I now have the shipping crate in the supply closet as a storage rack.

The crate sitting on your sales floor is the detail that stays with me. Behind the silence: the nearest certified Schaerer technician was two and a half hours away, and we were negotiating travel costs before we could schedule. It was booked within a week of your review and we covered the travel ourselves — but none of that helps if nobody tells you, and that was the real failure. Voltage changed ownership in early 2022 and install coordination didn't transfer cleanly. Calls and emails now land in one tracked system instead of scattered voicemail. Sorry we left you guessing. — Ryan

Fast and Great product.
I ordered and it was declined, but it said it went through so I was confused about what happened. I ordered again, and was hoping I didn’t just buy something twice, but all went well and the shipping was fast. Maybe my visa has some issue….
