Great Customer Service on Recent Order
I had question about an order I had made and customer service was very quick to return my call and not only answered the question but was able to change my order to accommodate me and managed to even get my order shipped next day. Great Customer experience and price and will definitely be doing business with them again.

Unresponsive customer service
Unresponsive customer service - bought a product and it arrived broken on arrival. After reaching out to Voltage, I did not get a reply back. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer, who got back to me the next day and shipped out a replacement. A week later and my replacement will arrive tomorrow, yet there is still no response from Voltage. Update: Thanks for the response and making up for it, really appreciate it! Hoping for a more positive experience in the future.

It’s been 3 months and I am still waiting on my espresso machine. Absolutely crazy.

Great service.
Very easy to order from… called and asked a few questions and got the answers… filter was delivered very quickly… and the best is the price was much much lower than the company we were getting from. Price is great but service is much more important to me these days. Thank you.
