You wait 2 hours They want cash Office is 2 km to the airport and not 150 meters Crédit card for réservation is not supporterd for caution. Crédit card ! They want cash 2 managers in the office let us wait Only one, the third speak with customers GO AWAY

We rented our car with Volta4u, sadly I didn't check the reviews! Car was dirty, inside and out. Damages form was already completed, so we took our own photos and videos before we drove away. Rear seatbelts didn't work - illegal! Refused to swap like-for-like until I pointed out they had supplied me with an illegal car. Eventually, agreed to swap, and when we collected the car we were told to return it clean - the irony! When we returned the replacement car, they tried to blame scratches on us and were insisting we pay for the damage. Luckily we had photos and videos of the (2nd) car as well, that showed the damage was already there. He then said, "Fine, you can go." Avoid!

Pick up location impossible to find with no directions at all. Smart move when the booking gets cancelled with no refund, if you are more than 58 minutes late. Drop off was closed upon arrival, even though listed otherwise on the booking. Decent car, but horrible support.

Very good service from Chris, we had a very smooth experience and the process was very fast!
