Customer service is just pointing on booking.com when there is a problem. Like it was booking.com who is renting the car and not them. Ridiculous. Its just about getting rid of the problem and the responsibility. Booking.com is just a channel that connects us. Everything else, all decisions are made by the rental company. Dont believe this nonsense that anything at all depends on booking.com and they cannot do anything. Complete nonsense.

L'adresse affichée sur le bon de réservation indiquait "Corfu port". Nous les avons choisis pour ce critère car nous arrivions d'Albanie en bateau. En réalité, ils sont installés à l'aéroport (!) nous avons du rejoindre un chauffeur à plus d'1 km du port avec tous nos bagages en pleine chaleur, à pied. Pour le retour, pas de chauffeur disponible : nous avons du payer un taxi (!!).

Wir hatten einen Mietwagen gebucht, bei dem wir aufgrund der Beschreibung von einer Abholung direkt am Terminal in Heraklion ausgegangen waren. Tatsächlich befand sich in etwa 150 Metern Entfernung lediglich ein Hinweisschild. Von dort wurden wir mit einem Transferfahrzeug zur eigentlichen Mietstation gebracht. Während unseres Aufenthalts an der Station hatten wir den Eindruck, dass zusätzliche Versicherungen sehr nachdrücklich angeboten wurden. Das von uns übernommene Fahrzeug war aus unserer Sicht bereits deutlich gebraucht und wies mehrere vorhandene Beschädigungen auf. Wir empfehlen daher dringend, bei der Übernahme das gesamte Fahrzeug sehr sorgfältig zu prüfen und alle Schäden mit detaillierten Fotos und Videos zu dokumentieren. Bei der Rückgabe sollten uns Schäden zugerechnet werden, die nachweislich bereits bei der Übernahme vorhanden waren. Durch unsere Handyvideos konnten wir dies vor Ort belegen. Aufgrund unserer persönlichen Erfahrungen würden wir dort nicht erneut einen Mietwagen buchen.

I rented a “jeep” equivalent from Chania airport in Corfu. Office a little difficult to find and a hot 500m walk away. Car wasn’t particularly equivalent to a jeep..,, don’t know if I was downgraded or not, but nothing like a jeep. The car was new and in good condition. Had usual Greek problem of insistence on a physical Credit Card ((which I’m so unused to using I’d forgotten pin!) Drove immediately up to a villa in NE Corfu and didn’t use it until the return journey… less than 100 km! I videod the car before hire as they didn’t even check it. When I checked it back in they suspiciously immediately jumped to a very minor scratch on a wing mirror which I didn’t do. Unfortunately my video covered everywhere apart from that mirror. So as I couldn’t prove it wasn’t me…. They charged me. I think they have all marks on cars mapped, don’t declare them up front and then try this trick each time to make money. I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend them.

I had a car rental booked 16-21/10. Instead of VW Golf or something relevant the car provided was a Opel Corsa/ smaller category. Due to arriving after dark I wasn't able to check everything (ie. tire conditions). Next day in the morning I realised the front left tire was almost flat and had to check all of them in a tire centre. The tire centre responsible told me that all tires were in a very bad condition with the front left being the worst including the damaged rim/wheel. He was very surprised that the car was released for use just after a full service & technical check as I was told when given the keys!!! Also, I was recommended not to travel with such tires. They were just polished to show as ''new''! On the other hand, the customer service was great, professional, very helpful when contacted them and very apologetic. However, I was refunded only the tire check cost upon my return and no comments regarding the release of a vehicle that shouldn't be on the road, especially right after a ''full service''.

Unprofessional member of staff, including high pressure for purchase of extra insurance. Disgraceful practice of requesting the car be cleaned before return. Imagine if hotel guests were asked to clean a hotel room and make the bed before checking out?! I would give only 1 star, but the Fiat Panda Hybrid was a good car for the duration.

This place is exactly what you need to introduce you to Corfu hospitality - extremely poor. Had to drag our luggage from the airport to the collection point and back. It does say to ask for help if needed so we did to be told the lady was on her own today and does not drive so would be unable to. We ordered a Toyota Yaris or similar and were given a Nissan micra. It did the job (per se), cheap to run, small enough to park with no issues, 5 doors and air con. One of the tyres required air on collection - I just left it and it was okay. The battery struggled! We thought as long as it sees us out and on the last day we had filled the tank, on the way to drop it off and the battery went. I’m so glad it happened ed at the petrol station that had a garage attached to it as they jump started us. On return g the car informed them of the poor battery. Clearly didn’t care.

Location payée en amont via booking. Com AVEC assurance totale incluse, arrivés au comptoir on me demande de payer encore 250 €d'assurance car selon eux l'assurance booking (Zurich) ne couvrait pas la voiture mais "le capital"?.. Suite à mon refus de payer l'assurance ont l'explique que je prenais du risque car au moindre éraflure je devrais payer cher et je ne serai pas remboursé car sauf en cas de collision aucun document ne pourrait être fourni à mon assurance ?? Bref la voiture était une autre marque et modèle, pas grave, et à restitution j'ai du payer encore 50 €car sièges humides.. Pas satisfait du service
