I got some stuff in Germany and the workers were so awesome and also the products they had were amazing. I think it's nothing for everyone but for those who want to stand out a little bit or add some spice to their wardrobe, than this is for them a got store!!!

Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Ich habe bei volcom.de bestellt, muss aber auf meine Kosten (15,90€) nach Frankreich zurückschicken. Das wird so nicht in der Bestellung klar. Zusätzlich komischerweise bei Klarna eine Rechnung über 0,02€. Warum weiß ich bis heute nicht. Ein Kundendienst ist nicht erreichbar.

Ich habe auf der deutschen Seite bestellt und muss nun Portokosten nach Frankreich bei einer Retoure zahlen. Der Kundenservice antwortet nur auf englisch und redet drum rum. Auf eine erneute Mail wird einfach nicht geantwortet. Bin sehr enttäuscht und werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Nie mehr!! Komplette Retoure, 21 EUR !!! sind selbst zu tragen und dann wird einem nicht einmal der komplette Betrag der Retoure erstattet. Nie wieder!!!

Ordered a £300 coat, only for the zip to break on about the 6th time of wearing. Contacted customer service would said they would send a free returns label and it would be refunded. They have received my coat and apparently 'tested' the coat to see the zip is working 'perfectly' so are not refunding and sending back. WHY AGREE THE REFUND IF YOU WON'T DO IT. the coat is unwearable. Absolutely appauling!

Worst customer service and they do not stand by the product they sell. I bought a pair of Volcom ELM bib snow pants for an exorbitant amount of $425, however needed and felt the fact that it is Goretex show it is a good product. After ONE day of snow boarding the black pants turned white in the back. I emailed then about this, and after 2 weeks they came back saying that this is not covered under warranty. If you want to ask these kind of prices, you need to own up to the fact when your product is sub standard
