I have tried emailing and calling Volcom but no one gets back to my emails and no one answers the phone. The customer service is so bad! I like the clothes, it's shame, but if you can not return items when you buy online, I will stop buying from Volcom.

I hope to update once my order is received. It has been 15 days since I placed my order and I still can not get them to give me a date as to when the order will be fulfilled and sent out. Please be careful if ordering from online! They will state COVID as a reason, but I have also ordered from their competitors and have received everyone of those orders. Just beware with timing for Christmas. I am hoping to get an email soon and I will update my score once all items have arrived and in good condition.

Bought a jacket on 29th of November - jacket was shipped and I still haven’t received it. Stuck in Belgium DPD since 4th December and has not moved. I have emailed Volcom 5 times since then and no response - and ridiculously at this stage I had to raise a claim with PayPal because of this ridiculous support. Never again will I buy your products. And to think I was one that sang praises about this company. Last €€€ you get from me.

Der Rücksendeprozess auf der Website gab an, meine Bestellnummer würde gar nicht existieren, sodass ich meine Rücksendung nicht starten konnte. Der Kundenservice meldet sich auf E-Mails nicht zurück. Ich habe Volcom dann per Instagram kontaktiert und erfuhr so, dass es beim Rücksendeprozess gerade Probleme gibt und ich es in ein paar Tagen noch mal versuchen solle. Mittlerweile habe ich endlich mein Rücksendeetikett, für das ich auch nichts zahlen musste. Trotzdem werde ich dort nie wieder bestellen aufgrund des fehlenden Kundenservices.

Still using covid as an excuse to take over a week to fulfill my order. No answer on customer phone line just recorded message about covid delays. Emailed and got a quick response that my order was being picked finally 8 days after placing and another long excuse about covid delays. But still haven’t received confirmation it has shipped. They are relentless with the marketing emails and text messages but obviously cannot meet the demand.

I'll start by saying, I love the quality, love the durability, I overall love the brand but Derek, the customer service "manager" is less than desirable. He came off rude and moody the second the call started. I felt offended as if I did something wrong by receiving a faulty item. I'll stick to my local distributors just to avoid the situation from happening again.

Poor customer service! Emailed 4-5 times but just the robot reply!! I ordered since Nov 23 for Christmas to my bf and he live in CT , USA ! but 4 days later my order is haven't shipped yet ? What's going on? And My credit card has been charged already. What should I do?

Be warned, if you live in the UK forget Volcom. The cheapest tracked returns to France (where all website purchased products need to be returned) will cost you at least £45!!! Yes, the clothing is nice, but the returns costs are ridiculous. AVOID UNLESS CERTAIN. I learned the hard way, watch out.
