I put in a 200 order on November 23. Plenty of time for my Sons 18th Birthday. Package never arrived. They never sent a delivery confirmation number. They don’t answer emails or phones. They care nothing about their customers except taking their money with 3 to 7 days promise of delivery. They ruined my kids 18!th birthday and after wearing Volcum 25 years. I won’t ever spend money on them again.

I placed my order on 11/18/22 and IT STILL HASN’T SHIPPED. I’ve called and called and it goes straight to “busy with other customers” all the time. I’ve sent 6 emails and no responses. I spent over $100 for this Christmas gift, this is RIDICULOUS!!! If no response by Monday, I am disputing my charge. I am honestly thinking they are scamming people. I even called their HQ and went to voicemail as well. I’ve never had such an awful experience with online ordering.

Two weeks later and still hasn't shipped! Customer service is automated responses... Hire some more people or put a discloser that shipping is 3-5 days but we have NO idea when it will ship!! What a joke

I ordered a large order for their black friday sale, I understand that they are busy and probably had tons of orders coming in but I had placed my order November 24th and it still has not shipped. I tried to get into contact with volcom but it is a ghost town. Hope they can reach out and fix it soon!

AWFUL customer service. I purchased an item for £75 in another country whilst on holiday. The item became damaged on the first wash so I contacted customer service sending proof of purchase and photo evidence of the item, to be told they couldn’t do anything as I needed to return it to the store I bought it at (I live in the UK and made the purchase in the USA). After some back and forth they sent me a voucher code for £25.06. I explained this was disappointing to be told they would not be assisting me any further. Dismissive, rude and unhelpful. For an international company I expected better. Another negative review to add to this company’s growing list. I now have a pretty useless voucher for a company who appears to make poor quality items that they sell at inflated prices

Ich war mit den Artikeln aus meiner Bestellung einfach nicht zufrieden, da die Qualität überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. Dass der Rückversand erst ab 60€ Einkaufswert übernommen wird, hatte ich selbstverständlich gelesen, aber nicht, dass der Rückversand nach Frankreich geht. Ich hab mein Päckchen (leider) unversichert versendet, da dies schon 10,99€ an Versandkosten betrug und erfahrungsgemäß bei mir noch die ein Päckchen abhanden gekommen ist. Naja, in diesem Fall komischerweise schon. Kundenservice zwar zu erreichen, aber nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Hab jetzt mehr als 65€ in den Sand gesetzt und daraus gelernt nie wieder bei Volcom zu bestellen.

I was a loyal Volcom customer for many years until recently, let me explain. I am tall 6' 3", and Large has been my go-to size. I could order online knowing that whatever came in the mail would fit perfectly. I recently purchased this D.I. Fleece pullover and a V-science Fleece pullover and found that they have changed their sizing, the fleece no longer goes past my hips and doesn't offer much protection for my kidneys and lower back. As I don't enjoy gusts of wind or snow blasting my lower abdomen I wanted to voice my concerns. Please please please Volcom maintain practicality over fashion and catering to the younger crowd. (it is possible to have both)

Horrible customer service! I placed an order on October 10 that included a shirt for my sons picture day that is the 24th. After no shipment notice I email them on the 19th to cancel my order since it’s obviously not going to be here on time. I get this response from their customer service “ I have requested our team to edit order # S1796761, however the order has already been processed for shipment and is unable to be cancelled/adjusted. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once FedEx has created a definitive ETA for delivery.” HOW CONVENIENT!
