I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the recent mandate from the FCC that requires 10 digit dialing. I completely understand that this may cause inconvenience and frustration for our customers, but please know that this is a necessary step towards ensuring that our phone system is compliant with the new regulations and is able to provide better services in the future. Sorry to hear it took a long time to get your number ported. We average 5 business days to port a number. It appears your previous carrier required some additional documentation that delayed the process. I hope everything is working for you now and I do see the team applied a 22 day credit to compensate for the delays. If there is anything else we can do please reach out!
