VM InnovationsReviews of vminnovations.com

Do not buy from this company, do not buy any products they sell through Amazon or Walmart! The products are junk! Customer Service is a joke! On May 15th, 2018 I purchased a Intex 14' x 42" Prism XL Frame Square Above Ground Swimming Pool Set with Pump, from Walmart.com via VMInovations. After paying to assure the site was properly prepared for the pool and purchasing chemicals, and filling the pool with water, within days the structure on the pool failed. I haven't even had a chance to use it and it fails! I contacted VMInovations about a refund and reimbursement for my output for this inferior product, and the response was as if were a criminal rather than a rightfully upset customer. They expect me to cut a 1 foot square out of the pool to "prove" I am not going to use it, then it is up to me to pay for the disposal of their 300 Lbs of plastic rubbish, as well as eat the cost of thousands of gallons of water, etc...They palm off a clearly inferior product on the unknowing consumer, and when they get called out on it, they act like we are the one in the wrong!

These people are awful. I purchased replacement pins for my above ground pool and they sent me ones that were too small and the paperwork even indicated that it was for the smaller pools. I sent photos of the paperwork showing that those were not the pins I paid for and the two pins next to eachother(original pin & the ones they sent me which were significantly shorter) they said that those pins should work and refused a refund and when I responded that they don't they just stop responding all together.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We ordered a pool that wasn't able to be delivered because the shipping company they provided could not get it to our house. We live in a very common residential area very close to the interstate. The driver for the shipping company told us we would have to rent a truck and meet him at a local Walmart to pick it up from him. Unbelievable! I called to have it returned (never even saw the pool because it never made it to my house) and I then had to pay for the shipping return. Reluctantly I didn't have much of a choice, so I agreed. Upon agreement, they authorized the return and I was supposed to get a refund once the pool was returned. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I never got refunded. So, I called again. They told me I'd have to wait an additional 2-3 days to reach out to the shipping company to find the tracking info. This is completely bogus. I have contacted Amazon and filed a claim for my return of nearly $800.00. We are in the now in the process of having the return dealt with through Amazon.. DO NOT BY FROM VMINNOVATIONS. They are a joke!

Here is the problem it's called bait and switch I don't know who you are I never would've bought anything from you directly I was always under the impression I was dealing with Walmart not you are the third or fourth party this is nothing but a scam I will be filing lawsuit in federal court stop this practice please have your attorney look this case over this is nothing but bait and switch. David P Griffin You can return my $20.00 anytime, but I'm still going to sue you I did not originally do business with you I don't know who you are this is nothing but a scam you and Walmart.com

BAD BAD COMPANY Can’t believe how BAD this company is! Ordered Dyson refurbished fan. Knew that might have aesthetic blemish but it arrived with HUGE CRACKS and chunk/pieces of plastic missing. Air flow would come out if cracked section. Contacted seller immediately and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. They offered a mere 20. off if I’d agree to keep it. What a insult and joke. Now it’s up to me to get it back to them so I can get my money back!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

too bad customer service...i try to return my air bad reason for big leaking...still waiting almost 20 days passed after we send feedback ....

I didn’t received the other three of the gel polish that is in the picture. The product description said that is 5 gel nail polish, only recevied two. And the gel machine that is in the picture is not the same that I received. The two polish that I received, the color is not the same at the picture. This is my first time shopping in this website and I am so disappointed!

I ordered a pool toy, I never received it. I emailed them and told them I checked with my neighbors. They suggested I checked with my neighbors, they didnt even read my email So now they have to investigate, it was only 14.99. They can keep that 15.00 but ill never order from them again.
