I ordered through Amazon UK. Spreetail delivered the wrong items, which I had to return at my own cost. Through Amazon I recieved a refund for the items, but have had a wearying and time consuming experience trying to get a refund of the return postage of two large boxes. They kept asking for more and more details: puurchase invoices for items, postage and tracking numbers. All these were supplied as requested. After a month of getting absolutely nowhere despite their continued assurance they were doing their best to help, I received an email staing that theycould not help as they are based in USA and I was in the UK!! If they had bothered to read all the documents I sent, they should have realised at the outset that UK and Great Britain were the other side of the 'Pond' in Europe. Never received item, very disappointed.

I wish I could got lower. Bait and switch company. I only ask for the difference in the cost of the two products and they only want to give a portion. Amazon needs to quit selling their false advertised products.

Terrible customer service. Won’t answer your questions, just send you generic robot like “so for the inconvenience but we will do nothing to help you.” Want me to pay for shipping from Toronto to Nebraska for after spending $2000 with them. It’s an oversized item that would cost me $500 to ship at my cost. Even though this item was already in Toronto and was delivered to me the next day. Obviously have a warehouse here and this is an unopened product that could easily go back to its warehouse. They are just deliberately trying to refuse the return. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I’ve never had such a poor experience with any company in my life. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not work with Spreetail. I have had 2 interactions where they took over our Amazon listings. In the first instance 2 years ago, they messed up the product data, Failed in customer experience and damaged our brand reputation online. This year they re-approached us with many sweet words and claiming to take accountability for their past actions. They then proceeded to waste our time for 1 month in discussions and negotiations. Once they made an offer , they requested EXCLUSIVITY on Amazon which we conceded in the spirit of trying to build a genuine partnership. Our plan was to focus on our brand.com and content. After finalizing the deal and made the offer, we were instructed to make payment to comply with certain barcoding requirements and did so. After we made payment they decided not to honor the offer made officially by their representative and revised the purchase price significantly after we committed our resources to this project. I reached out to the mangement of Spreetail to rectify this situation only to be ignored. This shows a lack of ethics where the management condones predatory practices on new upcoming brands. 2 words : Stay away

I have been trying to order an inflatable hot tub through various retailers (Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target,Lowes.) All of them say the item is in stock. I order and within 24 hours get a cancelation email with no explanation why the order has been canceled.
