Shoutout to their customer service! I put the wrong sign on my prescription, missed their email, and the glasses were already made by the time I replied. Still, they generously updated the lenses for me. Lifesavers! So glad they caught it before shipping.

Love this company I’ve told many people about it. They’re great with their glasses. I mean I’ve never seen a company with this cheaper glasses. You buy one get one free on prescriptions and you can walk out with two pairs of fire glasses I mean ones that you get compliments on everywhere you go for 50 bucks or less nowhere you can beat that I mean and their customer service is great. I had an issue with my glasses they replaced it immediately plus gave me my second pair that was from last two years ago I forgot to put the code in for a buy one get one pair and they still honored it a year and a half later.

I’ve ordered from VLook 3 times so far.Great looking frames, surprisingly quick turn around time. I’ve waited months from other sites, not Vlook. Had an issue with old shipping address, sent a message at a late hour, customer service responded first thing in the am and fixed the issue. 10/10 ordering again.

I have bought glasses from this company for 4 years with no problems until last month, I received my glasses I’m unable to see for reading or distance, I had my optometrist verify the glasses were correct prescription they are not, the company is in the process of making new glasses
