In taking the TV off the wall mount, my thumb pressure on the screen caused the whole screen to malfunction. I had no idea it was that sensitive. The company wouldn't help at all. I will never buy a Vizio product again.

⭐ ONE STAR
⭐ ONE STAR — BUYER BEWARE
I purchased this Vizio TV with what was supposed to be a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. When the screen developed a problem during the warranty period, Vizio refused to replace or repair it. They claimed someone must have damaged the TV, even though they were not present and could not explain exactly how they reached that conclusion.
Apparently, Vizio has psychic employees who can look at a picture and automatically decide that the customer caused the problem. What is the point of advertising a one-year warranty if the company can simply blame the customer whenever something goes wrong?
The customer service was dismissive, the warranty felt completely useless, and Vizio showed no interest in standing behind its product. Please think twice before spending your money on this brand. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vizio and will not support or purchase another Vizio product.

Worst experience ever with a new TV...
I don't feel as bad anymore now that I know that others have had a bad experience with this TV...It totally ruined my entire day. Even after talking with their tech help people, the POS was OK for maybe about a half hour before it went back to the initial setup prompt...Without WiFi, good luck with this TV... And oh yeah one more thing, the remote sucks...I bought another TV
and definitely NOT another Vizio, nor will I ever!!!

VIZIO SUCKS!
If I had know this would be locked up until you set up and linked a Walmart account I would never have bought it and I will never buy anything Vizio again!!! Doesn't have the apps I want so I tried my Roku box. TV will not let my Roku box work thru the HDMI either. Roku box works on my Phillips TV in my office but not on the VIZIO in Living room 20 ft away! Too late to return it. Guess I'll unhook it and put it in the basement with a dvd player tied to it! Blown almost $400 for nothing.

This TV brand is terrible because it keeps freezing and lagging on ui navigation and it randomly restarts and Sony is millions of times way more better than Vizio

Wish I could give them zero or a negative number...
I've always had great luck with Vizio TVs--those days are over. My current Vizio went belly-up, so time to buy a new one. Trouble from the start. Can't get the feet tightly attached enough to keep the TV stable. Found out Vizio stopped pre-drilling the holes used to attach the feet to the TV. With previous purchase, this wasn't a problem. This time I spent TWO HOURS trying to get the feet tightly attached, but wasn't successful. So time to go purchase a tabletop stand. Can't believe Vizio stopped doing such a simple thing, that made my previous experience SO EASY!!! You'd think all this was enough bad news. But NO--it wasn't. I turn the TV on to set it up, and find that I have to sign into a Walmart account to use my new TV. Either that, or I can use it as a "dumb" monitor, unable to stream all the services I pay for. So now I'm being held hostage by a giant corporation that will target me with ads, based on the purchases I make from them, and likely share my information with other entities. What made Vizio think all this was a good thing for their customers?!?!?! At any rate, this will be the last Vizio purchase I will ever make. No company dictates such things to me and keeps my patronage. This is stupid and manipulative. I'll watch my new Vizio until it craps out. In the meantime, I'll be warning people to steer clear of Vizio. And I'll never darken their doorway again! EDIT--Note from next day--I relented and decided I'd go ahead and keep the Vizio. A second HUGE mistake. Spent THREE MORE HOURS trying to get the TV to connect to my Walmart account. In doing so, I apparently broke its registration interface. Know how that happened? I have a 6-digit pin number on my phone, rather than a 4-digit pin number. When I tried to enter it, the software freaked out and it apparently broke the interface, and despite consulting youtube videos and AI could not find a work-around to get past the broken interface. Spent THREE HOURS trying to get it set up, unsuccessfully. At that point, AI advised me to pack it up and return it because something this simple should never be THIS DIFFICULT! I agree, it's going back to the store. Now, you've been warned, so if you still want a Vizio TV, proceed at your own risk--but it's certainly not something I'd advise you to do.

Vizio has declined
Vizio has significantly declined as a quality product since its recent ownership acquisition by Walmart. I have had several Vizio television sets over the past 20 years and have always been happy with the picture quality and longevity of the product until I purchased my current 75" Vizio purchased at Sam's Club. It has been the most frustrating electronic item I have ever owned. The unit will just arbitrarily shut down and restart for no reason. It will take 2 or 3 times to actually turn on sometimes. The power indicator will just flash sometimes when attempting to turn it on. The unit does not do well with any ambient light and it difficult to watch during highly lit areas even with changes to the video settings. I also have an older 43" Vizio that we have owned for over 10 years and I have never had any problems with it. I will NEVER own a Vizio TV as long as Walmart has an ownership interest in the product line and cannot wait to replace this one with another 'working' brand.
