Recently bought a 75"tv from vizio the quantum series. It's as advertised beautiful picture and own apps.

I was unable to complete my setup on my new TV and spoke to VJ. He was so patient and helpful. He stayed on the phone until all issues were resolved. Also. This is the first Vizio TV I've owned and the picture is amazing.

My Vizio Smart TV was given as a birthday gift in 2022 of September by my ex husband after our son passed in July of '22. The TV went out a week after my birthday, (09/06/2024. I enjoyed it for 2 years. I explained the circumstances to Customer service. All of the representatives that I spoke with were professional, good listeners, and compassionate. The TV has been my only entertainment and one of my ways of navigating the grief of the unexpected death of my son. I'm a homebody with limited mobility.
