I have been having issues with my tv for many years. It has connectivity issues. I spent about 40 minutes with a technician trying to correct the issue. I’m getting an error message that says Home Screen Connection Error. This is what prompted my call last week and it prompted my call today. We have four TVs, including a Toshiba that is 20 years old. We bought a Roku unit and that tv is fine. I bought this tv in 2019 and even the technician is suggesting that I buy a new tv. Bottom line, save your money and don’t buy Vizio!!

Vizio is absolutely the worst television brand. Their built-in software is junk and their customer support is nonexistent.

Worst TV I’ve ever owned will not connect to anything. Do not buy this TV buy a Samsung.

Had my Vizio TV for a few years. The TV itself is...meh. Viewing angle isn't great, but the picture is at least acceptable. However, they have started, I guess, to push updates a LOT. And everytime they do, it re-sets your custom app-row. They put what THEY want on your row and remove the ones YOU want. Re-doing the row is annoying and tedious and I've had to do it probably once a week for that last couple months. Planning to just plug in a Roku. Screw them

Purchased tv in june 2025. Problems started immediately. Tv locked up and had to be unplugged in order to get it to restart. Reported it ti vizio November 2025. They troubleshot issues but nothing worked. Still having same issue now but they day warranty has expired even if the issue was reported IN WARRANTY. NEVER BUY VIZIO! Trash hardware and worse customer service.

I bought a TV from Wal mart Vizio model number V4K5OM-0809 50". This TV is garbage!!! please do not spend any of your money on this TV. I would say at least 5 times a day the TV will shut off on its own. I have been frustrated with this TV since go. Please do not buy this TV.

In taking the TV off the wall mount, my thumb pressure on the screen caused the whole screen to malfunction. I had no idea it was that sensitive. The company wouldn't help at all. I will never buy a Vizio product again.

⭐ ONE STAR — BUYER BEWARE I purchased this Vizio TV with what was supposed to be a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. When the screen developed a problem during the warranty period, Vizio refused to replace or repair it. They claimed someone must have damaged the TV, even though they were not present and could not explain exactly how they reached that conclusion. Apparently, Vizio has psychic employees who can look at a picture and automatically decide that the customer caused the problem. What is the point of advertising a one-year warranty if the company can simply blame the customer whenever something goes wrong? The customer service was dismissive, the warranty felt completely useless, and Vizio showed no interest in standing behind its product. Please think twice before spending your money on this brand. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vizio and will not support or purchase another Vizio product.
