Thank you for your honest review. We usually ship within one or two business days. The locks you ordered were out of stock for a while because we underestimated the popularity and did not manufacture enough to fulfill all customers orders on time. The order confirmation is sent by the system as soon as the order was paid. This is our process unless the email on the order was incorrect.

Dear David, thank you for being our regular buyer since 2017. I hope you enjoy the 3 new locks that you bought on September 9. I am also glad that we were able to accommodate your request for free replacement of 2 locks on December 2018. As for your statement that the locks last only a year, we already recommended you to use our heavy duty locks from the new line for your application (gym). They are more expensive but designed for heavy usage.
