Amazing price for this product, and very good quality

I have purchased to date at least 10 otc hearing aides that did not work for me . I have very small ear canals and could not find any ear pieces that would fit. I gave Vivtone a chance which was going to be my last ditch effort before I gave completely up ! I was totally surprised!!! The ear piece with the smallest dome fit perfectly in my ear canal ! Still working on getting use to the settings and so forth but I can finally HEAR ! 5 stars from me thanks Vivtone Sincerely Susan Fussell

Product is very well made and really priced well below what you’d expect to pay. Love having Bluetooth capability. Need to have an app to fine tune the treble/bass because I find the sound very “tinny”. Nice to not have anything behind the ear or any antenna sticking out so they really are in the ear and the color blends well (I’m Caucasian but others may not want this, so I suggest options for people of color). So far I’m trying to get used to them, but my initial reaction is quite good.

I've asked for a return authorization and have had no response. I've emailed twice and called and left a message. They are unresponsive. Don't buy.

Price, delivery and sound quality very good. Battery life is not as advertised. Only 8 hrs. Making theses aids a back up not my main aids.

Good value for the money.

The XPure hearing aids that I have are awesome. I think the thing I like the most is the fact that I can do a hearing test with my hearing aids inserted and apply the result of that test to my hearing aids via Bluetooth. That's a great thin to incorporate so I don't have to call someone to re-evaluate mmy hearing and my hearing aids. I have all of that control through the app.
