I have been a member with Vivrelle for many years. They are a superb company. With phenomenal customer service. I am very blessed to be a part or there community by being a member. As someone who adores handbags. It’s a great way to try a bag for a period of time to see if you really love the bag and how it works with your lifestyle. Vivrelle has a beautiful selection of luxury handbags to choose from. And I have purchased bags from them that I have fallen in love with. They are very communicative about the handbags condition. As well as offering different shipment options. They also offer different tiers so the customer can choose! All & all it’s a membership that I cherish. And I’m grateful to be a part of their community! My only wish is that I lived in NYC so I could see the showroom for my self and meet the amazing team!

I recently had a not so good experience with a merchant Vivrelle. I’d like to say they are making it right. I’m get excited to say . they honored what they told me. I will give the another opportunity to do better. Thanks for making things right . I appreciate great customer service .

Both expensive and most of the good items are always unavailable. I quit after feeling like I was only getting the bags I really didn't want - you pay if you use it or not.

So many things to note. Firstly, if you're doing pickup be advised that the store may say something is ready and then when you go there they give it away. And if you're in store looking for something you have to bring it up to the staff for them to tell you if its available even though its clearly sitting there to be taken up. The staff pretty in-expereinced (and not very diverse) both in person and whoever is doing the emails. If you sign up you have a minimum of 3 months so you can't cancel right away. I caution anyone trying this out. I'm waiting on my time to end to cancel. Also, the bags I've chosen over time have signs of wear and aren't necessarily brand now, which ruins the experience a little bit.

I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience using vivrelle. I have been a member since the early days and they have grown so much! With time it’s only gotten progressively better. I have nothing negative to say. The customer service is a solid 10/10. I went to the Manhattan office before and everyone was so friendly. It was absolutely stunning. They take such good care of the bags. They offer TRUE descriptions and sizing. The collection of bags continues to be updated. You must act quick when a bag becomes available though. Overall, only positive feedback.
