Thank you so much for this detailed review! We're thrilled to hear that both the Beast with the Neckband Pro for gaming and the Pro 2 for productive use with sharp text clarity are working so well for you. That's exactly what we designed these models for, so it means a lot that both are exceeding your expectations. We always put a lot of effort into making sure delivery is fast and smooth, glad to hear that was your experience too! Thanks so much for trusting VITURE, and enjoy all three devices!

Thank you so much for this lovely review, we're thrilled to hear the Beast exceeded your expectations, and enjoying them like a kid is exactly what we're going for! Watching movies at the beach while soaking up the sun sounds amazing. Glad to hear the Steam Deck pairs so well with the glasses. As for the sizing, if the small Beast ends up not fitting quite right, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you look at exchange options for a different size. As for your phone's compatibility, let us know which model you have and we can confirm whether the Mobile Dock would solve that for you, that way you can be sure before buying it. Thanks for trusting VITURE, enjoy them!

I'd give the products a 4* but the website/trust factor is 5/5. Nothing wrong with the UX and there is reasonable customer service after the fact.

This is a product I’ve wanted to buy for a long time but was initially hesitant about. I imagine there are many others like me. I’d like to start by explaining why I chose this over popular brands. First of all, its features and style are far superior considering the price; popular glasses with similar specs sell for twice as much. It connects quickly to a phone or tablet, allowing you to use the glasses as a display controlled by the device. The audio comes directly to your ears and sounds excellent. Thanks to the glasses' transparent mode, you can see your surroundings while simultaneously viewing the screen it’s a great experience. It also becomes really fun when using 360- or 180-degree videos in various apps; it’s particularly impressive for gaming. I downloaded a mobile 180-degree game to try it out. As I mentioned, I control everything from my phone, while the glasses allow me to walk around the house as I play. That’s exactly what I was looking for. Finally, I essentially have a giant TV screen that I can watch while lying down whether I’m looking at the ceiling or turning to the left or right without the hassle of moving a heavy set. I’m also happy with the style; I even wear them out on the street, as they give me a cool, digital look.

Thank you so much for such a thorough, thoughtful review, especially given how much thought you put into the decision before buying! Love that the value comparison to pricier alternatives came through so clearly for you, and the way you described walking around the house playing a 180° game while everything stays controlled from your phone is exactly the kind of freedom we hope people discover. The "giant screen while lying down, no matter which way I turn" use case might be one of our favorite things to hear too, that's such a simple, real comfort win. And honestly, wearing them out and about for the look is a great bonus we love hearing about! Thanks again for taking the time to share all of this, really appreciate it.

I've been using Viture products since 2024 and have had nothing but good things to say about them. There are quite a few VR, XR, and AR glasses available today and I've tried most of them. I settled on Viture because they, by far, gave me the best experience with the best features. I was shocked at the clarity in all the different models I have purchased. Its difficult to know what glasses to get these days but I don't think you can go wrong with Viture

Thank you so much for this, especially coming from someone who's tried most of what's out there. Hearing that VITURE stood out after that kind of comparison means a lot. Really glad the clarity across the different models has consistently impressed you, and thank you for being with us since 2024!

What started as a pretty annoying issue turned me into a Viture fan for life! I recently bought a pair of Viture Luma Ultra glasses and the XR Pro adapter so i could charge my iPhone while using them. I was bummed that the advertized head tracking didnt work on iPhone but shrugged and kept enjoying the product. Then recently the new XR adapter ultra was released which resolved this issue for iPhone users while throwing in Switch 2 compatibility on top. That left me annoyed - I just spent 50+ € on an adapter that didnt do what I expected and would now have to buy another one (79 USD + 20€ shipping), which I decided against and was left with a sour taste. The next day, I got a follow up from Viture because I had abandoned the shopping cart. Against my normal habit of ignoring these mails, I responded to their question and explained my frustration. The reply mail was instantaneous (AI of course), but pretty quickly escalated to a human support agent. After exchanging my purchase details, Ruby was so kind as to register me for the XR adapter upgrade program and even covered the shipping - TL:DR I got the upgraded adapter for free while they had no obligation to offer me anything. That's customer service! Thanks Viture, thanks Ruby!

Thank you so much for such a detailed story, and for giving us the chance to turn a genuinely frustrating situation around. We completely understand the sting of spending on an adapter that didn't do what you expected, especially right before a better option launched. That's exactly the kind of thing we want our support to feel like, not just fixing a problem, but actually making it right. Thanks for giving us the chance to earn a fan for life, enjoy the Luma Ultra and the new adapter!
