I was awesome using them at work as a security guard. Alone in a car or office. This makes the time go by faster.

They’re comfortable, easy to use, and honestly just do exactly what I hoped they would do. If I had to point out anything at all, you can sometimes notice a little graying or softness around the very edges of the image, depending on how they’re sitting on your face. But I’m really stretching to even call that a complaint. It hasn’t bothered me during normal use, and once I’m actually watching something or using them, I barely notice it. That’s about it. No weird dealbreakers. No major compromises. No “these would be great if only…” situation. They’re just really good. If you’re looking for this type of display glasses and understand what they’re designed to do, I think it would be hard to be disappointed with them.

Excellent customer service! My unit had a cable connection issue and even though it was barely out of warranty, after explaining my situation, they were able to replace my unit free of charge quickly and seamlessly. Very human approach.

Ive bought 2 pairs of their glasses and happy with the quality and the way they listen to their customers. i had a pair of rayneo and they failed miserably. stopping support on their X2. viture is a reliable company and highly recommend them.

The Pros: Picture resolution Picture brightness The Cons: Camera not useful Lines in the picture sometimes when using . 1200 and 120Hz mode Contrast needs to be better No custom button setup

I left a positive review for VITURE and was specifically offered a $20 credit as a thank-you. The reward email stated that the credit could be used on my next order, “whether it’s an accessory or even an extra pair of XR Glasses.” I tried to use that credit toward the VITURE Mobile Dock Mini, which is clearly an accessory, only to be told afterward that this particular accessory is excluded from promotional codes. That exclusion was not disclosed in the reward email. What makes this especially disappointing is that this was presented as a reward for taking the time to leave a review, not simply as a generic sitewide coupon. I contacted customer service and explained that the Mobile Dock Mini is the only product I currently want, but they simply repeated that the credit could be used on other eligible products. I genuinely liked VITURE and its products, which is why I left a positive review in the first place. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my impression of the company. If a reward has exclusions, those exclusions should be clearly disclosed when the reward is offered, not after a customer has already earned it and tries to use it. Very disappointing experience, and it has made me seriously reconsider purchasing anything else from VITURE.

Still no resolution after 4 months – £900 order missing I am leaving a second review because my original review from two months ago clearly did not lead to any meaningful resolution. I placed a £900 order with VITURE (Order 88199945789) on 15 June. Royal Mail marked it as delivered on 27 June, but I never received it. The parcel was apparently left outside my property. It has now been FOUR MONTHS and I still have neither the goods nor my £900 back. What has made this experience even worse is VITURE's customer service. I have repeatedly been passed back to Royal Mail and told to deal with the courier myself, despite VITURE being the company that arranged the shipment. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates and explain the same situation, with no satisfactory resolution. I understand that delivery investigations can take time, but four months is completely unreasonable for a £900 order that I never received. I have now escalated the matter directly to VITURE's CEO because the customer-service experience has been extremely disappointing. I genuinely liked VITURE's products and was happy to spend £900 with the company, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I simply want either the order I paid for or my £900 refunded. Hopefully someone at VITURE will finally take ownership of this situation and resolve it.
