I love my glasses I have the pro and I use them just about every day to play video games, the picture on them is beautiful clear and sharp and when I was having issues with my glasses they replaced them right away simple and easy their customer service is amazing they went above and beyond Viture is the only company I will ever get my gaming/ media glasses 15stars out of 10 stars

Well i thought the glasses would be metal but they feel like they are plastic. How do I know i got the beast glasses then? It isnt written on the glasses themselves anywhere other than the box it came in. When I read the description it said it would be a metal frame. Anyway im pretty disappointed about it.

The Beast smart glasses and neck band are very good but very over priced compared to Meta Quest 3 headset. Hopefully they will be able to streamline their pricing in the future. My assessment 7 out of 10. 10 being the high score.

I received a defective pair of glasses. On the right side, the housing is separating from the lens, which causes approximately 10–20% of the image in the right lens to appear darkened. In addition, the glasses become very hot during use, especially in that area. Furthermore, I frequently experience image issues when moving around. I suspect that the USB-C cable has a loose connection, as the display sometimes stops working properly. When I unplug and reconnect the cable, the image usually returns after the glasses restart. Unfortunately, Seel's customer service has not been helpful after I reported these problems. As a result, my negative review reflects both the poor product quality and the disappointing customer support experience.
