This company has a very user friendly site. They process orders fast! I’ve been a happy customer going on 3 months. Highly recommend.

I thought the process to order was easy ; however, I never received any confirmation of shipping and had to inquire three times before I could get an answer as to why. Turns out the physician had denied my order. I wish someone would have called or emailed me at that time rather than me have the contact them after waiting over a week. I received a full refund promptly though.

This is my second order and I can say I am very satisfied so far with the services so far. I started on the tirazeptide and went into month two still on the 2.5 since it continues to keep my hunger away. I saw many horrible reviews but took a chance anyways and I am loving it.

The process was streamlined from start to finish. I felt very supported and the ability to have a choice of pharmacy is paramount. On a superficial detail, the packaging is gorgeous. Lastly, the product I received was very effective and I had real results of decreased inflammation amd decreased appetite.

So far I've waited a week for my meds.... I've sent 2 emails & no response. Most companies ship these meds in less than 3 days. There's no point in paying $22 overnight shipping if they take a week to ship in the first place.

I had an issue with a previous Vitastir order. I hadn’t heard back to my email inquiry and decided to reach out on Instagram. I was connected to Rich. Rich is the type of employee who owns an issue to completion, he worked throughout the day to own my problem and resolve it completely. Rich is the type of employee that makes customers for life. He made a difference in my day, he made the interaction amazing and even when the news was hard he had a customer first mindset. While I don’t know Vitastir as a whole I can tell you based on my interactions with Rich I would refer everyone I know here. Leadership take note, you have a difference maker on your staff.
