"Our meds are not watered down, each batch is tested for potency by the lab" says their customer service in a reply to everyone who leaves a bad review. Vitastir's tirzepatide didn't work. It's ineffective. I know because I've tried it. I know tirzepatide works for me at much lower dosages because I've used it before with good results. It's just Vitastir's tirzepatide that doesn't work. Just sort by 1 star and you'll see all the unhappy customers that are all saying the same thing.

I have been taking NAD regularly as instructed and have not noticed any results. I decided to do further research on VITAstir and dosing and found this (see below). Looks like they only dose at less than half the recommended amount. Otherwise ordering, shipping and delivery is pretty good but if the dose is too low there’s no benefit for the $$. I will reach out to customer service and update my review when I receive a response. “Evaluating 20,000 mcg (20 mg) Dosage Frequency: If you are considering 20,000 mcg (20 mg) three times a week, this totals 60 mg per week. Comparison: This amount is on the lower end compared to typical NAD+ injection dosages, which range from 50-200 mg per injection. Effectiveness: While some individuals may respond well to lower doses, many studies suggest that higher doses (around 500-1500 mg per week) may be more effective for significant benefits. Conclusion A dosage of 20 mg three times a week may be insufficient for optimal NAD+ levels, especially if you are targeting specific health improvements. It is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best dosage tailored to your needs.”

I had high hopes, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience with Vitastir’s customer service. After I completed the required form to request Tirzepatide, I was asked to fill out the exact same form again the very next day. Then, I was charged twice. I reached out through their online chat, and a representative assured me I’d receive a call back that same day after taking my phone number — that never happened. They also told me earlier that I would get a 20% discount available that day, which was also not applied. In the couple of days I waited, I never spoke to a doctor or received any confirmation that my request was approved. I have no idea if anything has shipped or is going to at this present time. When someone finally did respond through email, they were short and dismissive, offering no further willingness to work with me or help me resolve anything and is saying I will be charged twice (and apparently get both months worth?) and won't received any discount now either. At this point, I am requesting to cancel my subscription(s?). Sadly, if I can’t trust a company to communicate clearly, follow through on their word, or work with me in the least, I don’t feel comfortable doing business with them.
