This is not real medication. I switched to this medication and it was sent without an ice pack for cooling. I decided to yy it and it does not work! Save your money and go elsewhere

This company sent me the WRONG month 5 AND the right month 4 dosage , charged both to my card at the same time…then put my account on hold. Having no further communication I received and email that Month 4 was on the way again. Emailing is the only method of communication from them and after notifying them Month 4 was again the wrong month and that I would not be ORDERING AGAIN they email me AND CHARGE ME $501 for month 6. At this point I filed a dispute with the credit card company and notified them of the dispute and that I did not want the month 6 order. At this point I received no product and was charged $501.00 and I’m waiting on the dispute. Meanwhile, they continue to send emails telling me I need to PAY OR CANCEL THE DISPUTE AS IF IM STILL TRYING TO ORDER. I also received one order late… in Texas summer heat which was WARM upon delivery. I was told it would be safe for 7 days in its packaging even if warm… so why is $20 overnighting required. Heed this and other reviews. DO NOT USE VITASTIR!! This is not a reputable company, especially when health is involved!

very hard to get a response from this company. 10 days after ordering the medicine, it had not been sent yet. I was going on vacation and told them that It had to be sent or had to be held. They sent it. I received one vial. It is supposed to be used for a month and in the past I have received two vials. I cannot reach anyone to question anyone about whether or not one vial is missing. They don’t answer their phone and they also don’t answer their emails. I am at a loss. In the future, I will have to deal with another company. I recommend dealing with a more responsive company. If you have questions, you want somebody to answer the phone. You also want somebody to respond to emails same day.
