Well it turns out that yes the postman did put it in the wrong mailbox and she did come back by to recheck which mailbox and still couldn't find it. And the owner of that mailbox 2 days later from the time from my last hour last conversation she showed up with my last parcel. Tada. Haven't received it yet. USPS is always late delivering.

I ordered some liquid garlic in a red and white container, but they sent me liquid garlic in a gold and white container.

Awful experience. Their website autofilled my delivery address - which was from a previous order long ago - they delivered to the old address. The customer service MANAGER refused to re-deliver and/or reimburse me. I'm a disabled senior and have limited mobility and they didn't care at all. Horrible customer service and very bad business practice. I would never recommend them. Everything they carry can be purchased ELSEWHERE - that is my recommendation. 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered 3 boxes of jasmine tea. Paid shipping. Received one. Three Weeks have passed ,since the single box came (and that took a week) I received an email today will refund me for 2 boxes . No reason, no explanation of why they never came They shouldnt be taking orders for items they dont have.. this was my first time ordering from them. Will be my last!!!
