Sent order to wrong address, used daughter's address from years ago instead of address on account.

I have not received my order yet. Should have been here a week ago

I went to my account and stated that i postponed the shipment but it was still sent to me. Your automatic replacement system is faulty as I have more product than is needed.

Shipping takes way too long.

I ordered this item expecting to receive my shipment on October 7th. I was told it was gonna be a late 2 day late delivery.. 2 days later I get a email saying my order has been shipped to my mailing address, and another email saying my item was refunded when I never refunded my item to begin with.

After taking too long, they sent the wrong product.

Incorrect item shipped. Spoke with customer service on Monday. They were sending me a retun label. Still don't have label to return item for full refund. Have to make a 2nd call.
