Hello, Samantha. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. We sincerely apologize for the service you claim to have received. The process required by the Health Department to obtain a Birth Certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. In some cases, they only send the certificate that they decide is the one you need or is authorized for. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them.
