Hello, Dennis. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. The process required by the Health Department to obtain a Birth Certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. When they are relatives apply for the certificate, they must add certain documents to prove their relationship and status. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the Health Department is presenting delays in its applications, due to accumulated applications, some offices were closed and others work with a lower volume of employees.
