When we sent it in i beleive we forgot to write who the money order was for, they sent it back ripped up and when we sent it back with all the proper information we haven't gotten anything back.

They cashed my check and sent an email a month ago saying they processed my request for a birth certificate. I finally received it but you can expect to wait 6 weeks to get your documents.
