I paid 114 dollars for a birth certificate and the authentication letter, plus 18 dollars for notary public, everything on line, in may I received a birth certificate and that's it. I called, I send texts and still no answer and still have not receive the authentication letter. Please I need the letter as soon as possible or write to me and tell me what to do

This process was the easiest and most secure way for me to obtain my son’s birth certificate. I no longer live in the same state, so going in person wasn’t an option. It is a slow, expensive process but I did purchase 3 copies and they came to my home. Just have to have the necessary information and complete the form online. I was provided updates throughout the process

I was charged for a service I wasn’t qualified to get. Yet the application went through only to mailed back to me saying I can’t apply. Waste of money. The online application should’ve not went through since that was what’s gonna happen.

The process required by the Health Department to obtain a Birth Certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we have processed a refund.
