I WOULD GIVE THIS HORRENDOUS SERVICE ZERO STARS. Ordered a marriage certificate almost 2 months ago and it's nowhere to be found. Huge SCAM, nothing else.

Between the time I ordered and to the time I received my documents was fast and the process was easy! I will always go through vital records for any important documents that I may need fast and in a hurry! Absolutely 5-STARS!

I don’t understand why I had to fill everything out ONLINE, which cost $89, just to be sent a printout of the exact same thing and then charged ANOTHER $25 to mail the printout back! The process of ordering shouldn’t be so LENGTHY!!

It was easy enough to use the website, the disappointing part is I’m still waiting for the replacement birth certificate I ordered to arrive and it’s been 6 weeks at least.
