I received a coupon in the mail and was so excited. I am new to essential oils and looked forward to exploring Vitalityextracts offerings Long story short the coupon did not work. I wanted items that were not included. All though coupon said,Good on anything I want. Sadly disappointed. Sheryl V.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company has the WORST Customer Service ever!!! They don’t answer emails, messages, or phones. I waited over 3 weeks for something they claim to be delivered in 5-7 days. I finally opened a case with my payment company and received a refund. So think twice before ordering!

never ever again ! This company is horrible and not trustful. I ordered on 16th of this month but still not get it and they are saying it will take 1 to 7 business days ! What a liar ! Even the agent was lying about my order date and I will get it 28th. That's not 7 days. Never recommend this company to anyone !

Trying to stop subscription of Aches & Pains Oil (have tried two bottles and it doesn't work), So, when I received my last order, I wanted to return it for refund. So far, I've been referred here and there just to get someone to respond

Products are great but they. But they will send 5-10 text a day with their promotion. I wrote to them 3 times to disable this functions but they keep texting g and texting. It’s so annoying.

Three things: 1. Ordered from Canada, and had to pay $14 duty when it arrived 2. After second day of use my face broke out in red spots (I am over 70 and not prone to breakouts 3. When I asked to return, the form doesn’t take Canadian info (DHL) 4. They will only give store credit 5. You have to pay return shipping 6. No response when they were informed of these issues.

I ordered in September. No order was received. Customer support by phone and chat have not helped.

I used to love this company! They had such great products. This last order was awful. 4 bracelets were broke and the others were so big they just slide right off me and the roller leaked everywhere. They didn't care. They just sorry there was nothing they could do. Are you serious? Well never never order from here again. Shame on you for allowing this. You should care a bit more about your customers. Never felt more disrespected.
