I purchased a diffuser eight months ago and it has already stopped working I take care of it very well but use it daily it is in perfect condition but no longer works. The company refused to do anything about it, I will no longer order from this company as they do not hold up their end of the deal with their products.An electric unit of this type should last longer than eight months it should last years!

I finally received my order today and the bracelets are too small. It didn’t indicate the sizes.

My 1st two orders went well. Happy with shipping, price, product. Like the bracelets, etc. 3rd order--Horrific!!! Used their "Contact Us" email link to get information on returns. Diffusers didn't fit in car, and 1 of the oils was broken. Wanted to return entire order, understanding that it woukd be for store credit. Received automated email response indicating someone would get back to me in 1-3 days. 5 days later, I send 2nd email requesting address to send return. No response. I send to an address from their website in UT, sent Fed-Ex. Packaged received and signed for 12/17. No credit to account. Send another email. Nothing. Today I spent 30mins on the phone with them only to be told they would not issue a credit because I sent package to wrong address and they can't verify contents. She acknowledged that my emails were received, but not returned because "They have been very busy." And stated had I waited for response, they would have sent a prepaid return label as returns are free. Really? Don't see that on the website! No resolution, so I'm calling my credit card company. If nothing else, they will have to respond to them! Worst customer service EVER.
