I have not had relief of various issues by using Vitalty Extracts. They smell fine but after using them for several months, nothing has improved. I find it strange that there are no negative comments about any products on their website. That shows dishonesty to me. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t love the products. Most of the reviews on their site say, “I love these oils.” I won’t continue purchasing.

Ordered their Frankincense Essential Oil Balm. I’ve used Frankincense products for years. This immediately smelled off. Like petroleum. I’m not going to try to return. Nor will I continue the use. It doesn’t smell anything like the listed ingredients. It smells toxic.

Do not expect a refund from them. They will only give store credit, even if the products don't work. Not a reputable company. I learned the hard way. I found this out yesterday

I placed an order for a balm on 10/3. Never received it. (It is now 10/28). I chatted with someone on their site, and they said it must have gotten lost and that they'd send it again. It would take another 7-10 days to receive!!! No overnight shipping to make up for the delayed order, no coupon, nothing. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

I had to go to urgent care because my whole right side broke out with awful red itchy rash. I wish I had read the reviews first . I got a steroid shot to help calm the reaction spent about 150.00 seeing doc and dermatologist. Awful awful awful t I DID get refunded after I demanded it....this stuff is awful

I’d like to know where Vitality Extracts Essential Oils got my photo yes my photo every family & friend will & would recognize this photo. These are private & was sent to my neurologist & orthopedist surgeon. I did not give permission for anyone other my doctors to see this picture. I demand an explanation.

I ordered the chrysanthemum extract. It cost me a normal leg and took forever to be delivered. I have been using it safely and guess what it doesn’t work. Just a scam.

I ordered frankincense & helychrysum… weird that they not smell alike ( like Kerosene mixed with something oily) I have been buying frankincense for years & can recognize that earthy scent anywhere… vitality extracts do not smell anything like that… also ordered the balms… weirdly had problems with both eyes being bloodshot (no other products except theirs were being used) Even their reward system is a scam. Do Not but anything from this company!
