Great products - but poor customer service!
It took precisely 14 days from the time I ordered till I got my package. I could follow my package the whole way. Yes, I had to pay approximately $29 in customs, but I expected that because I ordered way over $12, which is the limit to avoid that. I live in Denmark. I bought 4 oils, a bracelet and got a free gift (necklace) with my purchase. I love everything i bought. Everything smells great! The only reason I didn't give 5 * is because their customer service is really poor. I spend around $70, and it said in the email, that I would get a $10 gift card if i ordered over $50. I never received it, even though I contacted customer service, with no response. Would I buy from them again? - I think I would. If only the customer service was better. Update: Almost a month after, I finally received word from customer service, and I got my free 10$ gift card (gift code) I haven't used it yet, but I hope to do so in the future.
