This company needs better ways to provide customer service. I’ve purchase a few times and shipping was as fast as most places in top of having to pay. I went on Amazon to try to order (since I already pay for shipping). The prices are higher and the don’t offer as much. Also, I ordered something for eyelashes and the directions warned to ‘avoid eyes’????

I would suggest when trying a new company check to see if Amazon has it and order the product through them. You have more support that way.

Ordered on March 6, 2024 an item. Never received conformation about my order or when it would be shipped. Have sent an email to them but email was never answered. Just wondering if this is a good company to do business with. Mary H Cosgrove

Love the products. The worst customer service… I have reached out to them by email and texting that order has not arrived to mailbox. the tracking number says delivered. I am not sure what type of mailing they did if it was registered or normal they should have to find out for me since The local mail service seems not to help me, I have reported the issue, unfortunately haven’t heard back from them yet . Now 10 days has passed since it said delivered

The products are exceptionally good. HOWEVER, the delivery is as bad as it gets, WORST delivery of any online ordering I have ever experienced. And I don't get a response. Over $100 just lost in the process. Don't expect timely service of this product!!!

I have the same problem I was supposed to get Bogo and I also had a $25 off coupon. They said they could use for my next order I’ve tried to call them same thing they’re busy and there’s no room on the queue really upsets me. I just got one more and it was supposed to be a Bogo today. Second time in

I've ordered from them before and never had any complaints. Love the products. I placed an order on Nov 16, 2022 and it is now Dec 4th and still no signs of my order yet. I checked on line and it shows being shipped on the 19th, but it's still showing the same status. Don't believe I'll be using this company again.

9/6/22 I placed an order on September 6th of 22. I received a notice that my order has shipped on 9/16/22. It said allow Ups 3 days before I can track. On 9/19/22, UPS has not received the order. It says to allow 5 to 7 Days delivery. This is way too slow for me. This is my last order for sure. I should have read the reviews first. I could have saved myself some aggravation.
