Convenience made easy
Convenience made easy. My only complaint is that the pocket wifi frequently turned itself off.

Excellent service and easy to use. Excellent service and easy to use. It worked perfectly except, of course, where there was no cell phone network coverage. In California and Nevada those areas were quite frequent along the roads. The battery lasts more than one day. I never had any problems with the speed of the internet.

device arrived on time, and return was easy too. but the data speed is pretty slow.

I was sent and charged for two devices…
I was sent and charged for two devices when I only ordered one. I'm still awaiting a refund for the mistake. I was charged for it in July and am STILL awaiting the refund. The device I used worked well and this is the second time I've used Vision Global.

No problems throughout week visit in Japan. Easy pickup/return. Very nice staff. Accommodated me when typhoon required change of airport.
